Launching in 2009, the Qantas Engineering Graduate Program introduces an exciting new opportunity for graduating engineers.
With a turnover of over $1.4 billion and employing over 6,400 people, we offer the scope and diversity of opportunities that can provide you with the career start you want.
Qantas Engineering is made up of 6 major business units including Aircraft Customer Service, Maintenance Services, Supply Chain, Finance and Strategy, Associated Businesses and Technical Services. It has facilities located in Sydney, Melbourne, Avalon and Brisbane, as well as smaller sites throughout Australia and some international ports. This program is structured to include four six-month rotations across key business areas as well as providing dedicated development sessions and an ongoing mentoring process.
By participating in the program you will develop the skills and experience required to work in a range of challenging and stimulating roles within Qantas Engineering as well as developing the knowledge of engineering, maintenance, repair and overhaul industries that enables you to launch a successful career within Qantas Engineering.
