If you have a multi-discipline degree in a business related field and keen to build a career where diversity and scale are key motivating factors, becoming a part of the Corporate Graduate Program could be your ideal choice.
The Corporate stream provides four six-month rotations during your two-year Graduate Program. Our program offers you professional exposure and on-the-job development in a broad mix of Qantas business segments. The aim of this approach is to consolidate and expand your business-related training and expand your organisational understanding and self-awareness.
This program provides an exciting opportunity to stretch your potential. It will enable you to develop a big picture perspective of Qantas and its complex interrelationships and to apply and refine these learnings and your skills in a diversity of business models.
Your rotations will include operational and strategic areas within an array of business units including Qantas Airlines, Qantas Engineering, our Associated Businesses (including Freight and Catering) and our Corporate Groups such as Human Resources.
If you have some previous work experience obtained from any role in another business, and have recently graduated with a solid multi-discipline degree, the Qantas Corporate Program can provide a sustainable platform for your career development.
