Whether you are in daily customer contact or working to ensure our aircraft are maintained to the highest standards, the services provided in our airports are an integral part of the Qantas product and customer service experience.
We have over 7,000 people currently working in our airport terminals across Australia in roles ranging from check in staff, Qantas Club customer service staff, Ramp and Baggage Services, aircraft cleaning and drivers and transport staff.

You will receive comprehensive training focusing on service standards, aircraft safety and occupational health and safety. All training undertaken by Qantas is recognised within the Australian Qualifications Framework.
